Can Lombok Exotic Holidays provide me with custom packages, going to more than 1 destination?
While every attempt has been made to make the website as flexible as possible, there will be instances whereby our listed packages might not fit your needs exactly. If this is the case, please call (+62) 81237145444. Our Tour Consultants would be more than glad to assist in planning for your perfect holiday.

 

I need to make a change to my travel arrangements. What should I do?
No need to panic. Just send an email to info@lombokexotic.com and our staff would make the changes for you.

 

I've seen a package listed in your press ad but it is not listed on your website. What should I do?
While every effort has been spent to ensure that the website lists as wide a variety of holiday packages as possible, there might arise occasions whereby certain packages are left out due to certain considerations. How do I know that Lombok Exotic Holidays has received and confirmed my reservation?
When a booking is transacted, an order acknowledgement email will be sent to the email address specified during your email registration. This email would provide you with your Booking ID as well as the status of your booking. Upon receiving your booking, our staff will provide you with a status update within one working day.

 

Something has cropped up and I need to cancel my holiday. What should I do?
If there is a need for you to cancel your travel arrangements, just e-mail this address info@lombokexotic.com or call us at (+62) 81237145444. However, please note that cancellation/change fees may apply.
 

Will the price of the package change after my booking is made?
Once your booking has been made and confirmed, Lombok Exotic Holidays naturally guarantees that no further changes will be made to the price. However, please note that taxes and 3rd party charges are beyond our control and whilst every effort will be made to contain them,Lombok Exotic Holidays reserves the right to charge you these costs

II. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TOURS

DEPOSIT
A minimal sum 50% deposit per tour packages  is required upon booking and full payment is required on arrival.
TOUR CANCELLATION FEES
In the event of any cancellation, cancellation fees will be levied. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions specified within individual product write-up.
CANCELLATION OF HOTELS/TOURS/TRANSFERS
Holiday Planner products are subject to the following cancellation and amendment policies:
Cancellation
A cancellation fee equivalent to the deposit will be levied if a confirmed booking is cancelled within 3 working days prior to arrival date to the first destination unless otherwise stated in our Hotel Tariff.
'No-show' Charges/Refunds

• One night accommodation and arrival transfer (if applicable) per person will be charged.

•  Valid claims for refund must be submitted within three months of cancellation.

• The original MCO must be intact at the time of application for refund. Claims for refund will not be granted to missing MCOs. We will consider that you have utilized the package in full.
   

REFUND OF UNUSED SERVICES
No refunds, either in part or in full, will be made for unused air tickets, ground transportation, meals and accommodation or sightseeing tours not taken.
TOUR PRICES
Prices are subject to revision without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances like currency fluctuations, increases in hotel rates, increases in airfares, local taxes etc. The tour price excludes pre/post tour accommodation, laundry, room service, unspecified meals or tours, beverages, portages, excess baggage charges, passport and visa costs airport taxes, personal and baggage insurance, tips and all other items of a personal nature.
TRANSPORTATION
Unless otherwise specified, coach transfers are on based private services at any tours .
TOUR CANCELLATION
The Company reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to departure for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to insufficient number of tour participants. Should this happen, the entire payment will be refunded without further obligation or liability on the part of the Company.
MEALS
Meals will be provided as specified in the tour itinerary.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
Hotels used are as reflected in the brochures or hotel by your choices . In the event that accommodation in the selected hotel is not available, every effort will be made for an alternative in another hotel of similar standard. Unless specifically mentioned, all rooms will be on "run-of-house" basis or any other room on request.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly recommend that you purchase a Personal Travel Insurance policy prior to the commencement of your holiday.
COMPLAINTS/CLAIMS
Any complaints/claims have to be made in writing within 14 days from the date of return. No responsibility is accepted in respect of any complaints/claims, which are made after 14 days of return.
OTHER ARRANGEMENTS
All arrangements for the provision of transport, accommodation, sightseeing tours and other services are made by the Company through appointed agents only.
All exchange orders, receipts, contracts and tickets issued by the Company are subject to applicable tariffs, terms and conditions under which the accommodation, transportation and other services whatsoever are provided by the hotels, transport companies, airlines, railroad lines, steamship lines, owners or contractors concerned. By acceptance of such exchange orders, receipts, contracts and tickets, the tour participant is deemed to have agreed to the applicable tariffs, terms, and conditions.
Every person participating in any tour/holiday organised by the Company does so at his own risk with respect to loss or damage to property or injury to person except where such loss, damage or injury was caused by the negligence or wilful misconduct of the Company, its employees or agents. The tour participant accepts full responsibility for damages, losses, and expenses due to delay, sickness, weather, strikes, quarantine, or acts of God.
The Company is only acting as an agent in organizing the respective holiday components and will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, cost, expense or inconvenience caused by the suppliers or appointed agents of such holiday component. In no case shall the Company or their employees or agents be liable for any causes outside their reasonable control or from any act.
